About The Position
Automotive Sales Consultant – New Cars / Used Cars Audi Wynnewood | Wynnewood, PA Compensation Range: 60k - 100k annually Audi Wynnewood is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant – New Cars to join our award-winning team. Position Summary The Automotive Sales Consultant is responsible for selling and leasing new (and used) vehicles while achieving dealership standards for gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction. This role focuses on delivering a premium Audi experience from initial contact through post-delivery follow-up. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills related to pricing, commissions, and percentages
- Ability to learn and comply with federal, state, and local automotive sales laws
- Valid driver’s license
- State sales license (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around showroom and lot
- Indoor and outdoor dealership environment
Nice To Haves
- College degree or automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Sell and lease a minimum number of vehicles per month
- Greet and assist all showroom and lot customers promptly and professionally
- Guide customers through vehicle selection by asking questions and actively listening
- Explain vehicle features, performance, benefits, and available options
- Conduct test drives following dealership procedures
- Prepare and process complete and accurate sales documentation
- Ensure all deals are properly turned over to Finance & Insurance
- Deliver vehicles and thoroughly review features, warranty, and paperwork with customers
- Introduce customers to the Service Department and schedule first service appointments
- Maintain prospecting and owner follow-up systems to generate repeat and referral business
- Stay current on Audi products, industry trends, and dealership processes
- Attend sales meetings and manufacturer training as required
- Conduct business ethically and professionally at all times
- Maintain a professional appearance
