Requirements
- Sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus, not a must)

- Guide customers through the vehicle buying process from greeting to delivery
- Build strong relationships and create a no-pressure, trust-based sales experience
- Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle and financing options
- Maintain follow-up with leads, past customers, and referrals
- Stay knowledgeable on inventory, features, incentives, and market trends
