About The Position

We are seeking a driven Automotive Sales Consultant who speaks Portuguese and English to assist our growing Portuguese-speaking customer community. Prior automotive sales experience is not required — we will train the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to build a lucrative career in sales, and values long-term growth.

Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process in Portuguese and English
• Demonstrate Honda vehicles, features, and technology
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle solutions
• Build strong relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
• Manage leads and follow-up with prospective customers
• Negotiate pricing and trade-in values professionally
• Work closely with Finance Managers to complete vehicle purchases
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Participate in training sessions, meetings, and ongoing development
