About The Position

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you’ll guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases they’ll make—finding the right vehicle to fit their lifestyle and budget. Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right personality with the right drive.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of automotive sales or related sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of vehicles and the sales process is a plus
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in our showroom with a friendly, professional approach
  • Learn each customer’s needs and match them with the right vehicle solution
  • Present vehicle features, specifications, and pricing clearly and confidently
  • Coordinate and conduct test drives
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships using our CRM system
  • Follow up with prospects and repeat customers to ensure an outstanding experience
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and efficiently
