Requirements

  • A desire to challenge yourself and change your future.
  • Automotive sales experience is a plus—but no experience required; we train the right attitude.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Self-motivation and a goal-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Basic computer skills (CRM experience is helpful, not required).
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Live and lead the Preston Automotive Group Core Values: Integrity, Urgency, Teamwork, Personal Growth, Attention to Detail, and Community.
  • Greet every customer with professionalism, enthusiasm, and authenticity.
  • Build strong relationships by discovering customer needs through meaningful conversations.
  • Present and demonstrate our wide selection of vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and value.
  • Guide customers through engaging test drives and seamless purchase experiences.
  • Present transparent pricing and confidently assist with negotiations.
  • Collaborate with our Finance & Insurance team to complete deals efficiently.
  • Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Deliver outstanding follow-up to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently achieve—and exceed—monthly sales goals as part of a winning team.
