Market Research: Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and service teams to provide a seamless customer journey.
Customer Service: Deliver top-notch support from first interaction through vehicle delivery and beyond.
Negotiation and Closing: Guide clients through financing options and finalize deals with professionalism and transparency.
Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM.
