About The Position

Biggers Mazda continues to grow, and we need to add to our sales team immediately! With our growth, we are looking for motivated Client Advisors to join our team, and act as the one stop shop to our customer's car buying experience. We have redefined the automotive sales experience! Your primary responsibility will be to actively engage customers, create a positive buying process by walking them through each step with transparency and enthusiasm. We'll train you on the selling and financing aspects of the position - all we ask is you bring your commitment and motivated personality to the team! Requirements

  • Retail sales experience preferred, auto sales experience not required - we will train the right individual!
  • Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Persistent, competitive and hard working

Responsibilities

  • Eagerly greet clients as they arrive
  • Follow up with clients via phone calls, texting and or e-mail
  • Create a consistent and positive buying experience by guiding clients through each stage
  • Build strong rapport with clients to ensure a lasting relationship
  • Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles.
