We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Subaru Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. Requirements

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
  • Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Identify and understand customer needs through effective questioning and listening.
  • Present and demonstrate Subaru vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Provide transparent and accurate information on pricing, financing options, and vehicle specifications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Assist customers with the completion of purchase agreements and necessary documentation.
  • Stay informed about Subaru products, industry trends, and dealership promotions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
