Requirements

  • No automotive sales experience required — training provided!
  • Prior sales, customer service, hospitality, financial services, or restaurant industry experience is a plus
  • High-energy, outgoing, and positive personality
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Must pass background check & drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional satisfaction
  • Ask questions to understand customer needs & recommend the right vehicle
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations & test drives
  • Deliver vehicles and explain features, warranties, and paperwork
  • Maintain product knowledge on features, accessories, and inventory
  • Work with service & body shop departments to ensure timely reconditioning
  • Attend sales meetings and training (dealership & manufacturer)
  • Prospect new leads, follow up with past customers, and encourage referrals
  • Understand federal, state, and local laws governing retail auto sales
  • Promote dealership service department quality and value
