  • Clean driving record with valid driver license.

Responsibilities

  • Engage Customers: Manage inbound leads, schedule appointments, and welcome clients to the showroom with confidence
  • Provide Expert Guidance: Learn Cadillac’s lineup in depth and serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers
  • Build Relationships: Deliver a personalized, consultative, and professional customer experience
  • Close Sales with Integrity: Present vehicles, answer questions, negotiate effectively, and finalize transactions
  • Maintain Professional Standards: Track leads, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer processes

  • 30% commission with a $200 minimum per unit (after pack), up to $4,000 per unit
