About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Salesperson to join our sales team at our brand-new Kia dealership in Colorado Springs.

Help customers find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle
Build relationships and provide a top-tier buying experience
Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, features, and promotions
Follow up with leads and maintain long-term customer connections

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Sales experience is a plus—but not required (we train the right people!)
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to stand for extended periods
