In this role, you will engage with a diverse customer base, understand their needs, and guide them confidently through the car-buying process in both English and Spanish. Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (required).
  • Experience in retail sales and customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory control processes and retail math concepts.
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently with strong attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused phone etiquette.
  • A valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle needs through effective questioning in English and Spanish.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles, clearly explaining features and benefits to a diverse customer base.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads and follow up on opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new leads and increase customer engagement.
  • Manage inventory awareness by tracking available vehicles and ensuring proper lot display.
  • Utilize retail math skills to calculate financing options, trade-in values, and payment plans.
  • Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries in both languages.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership-wide sales goals.
