Requirements

Strong communication skills, written and verbal
A positive, professional attitude
Reliable, motivated, and coachable
Experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, or sales is a plus
Automotive experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Work with customers in person, by phone, by email, and by text
Create a welcoming, pressure-free experience
Guide customers from first conversation through delivery
Follow a proven sales process and CRM workflow
Build trust, repeat business, and referrals
