Requirements

High energy and enthusiasm throughout the day.
Outgoing and friendly personality, especially when handling objections.
Proven sales track record or a passion for customer service.
Strong communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
Competitive spirit, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence.
Basic business math skills and the ability to learn sales software.

Responsibilities

Greet and guide customers to help them find the perfect vehicle.
Showcase the features of our cars and help customers with the sales process.
Complete sales applications and assist customers every step of the way.
Assist management by keeping the lot organized and vehicles properly merchandised.
Collaborate with the team to enhance customer experience and boost sales.
