Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferred (automotive a plus, not required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right vehicle
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features & benefits
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Follow up on internet leads and showroom traffic
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions
