About The Position
CAPITAL Hyundai of Greensboro is expanding our sales team and searching for a driven, people-oriented Automotive Sales Consultant who knows how to create great customer experiences and close deals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced showroom, enjoys building relationships, and wants to grow with a respected dealership brand. You’ll play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicle while representing CAPITAL with professionalism, enthusiasm, and expertise—from the first conversation to the final handshake. Automotive Sales Consultant Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Pay Health Insurance PTO 401(K) What You’ll Do Welcome customers with confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm Discover customer needs and match them with the perfect vehicle Walk customers through the full sales journey—from initial contact to vehicle delivery Confidently negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction Stay knowledgeable on vehicle features, specs, and benefits Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals Participate in sales training to sharpen your skills and stay competitive Support dealership operations with additional assigned duties What We’re Looking For Previous sales experience (automotive sales preferred, but not required) Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service Excellent communication and people skills Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Basic computer skills for managing customer and sales information Valid driver’s license Ability to pass pre-employment background screening WE ARE CAPITAL! Requirements
- Previous sales experience (automotive sales preferred, but not required)
