Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Explain product features, pricing, financing, and warranties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person communication
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
