Automotive Sales Consultant Copeland Toyota is seeking a passionate and driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward the perfect vehicle. Requirements

2+ years of experience in customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service and sales skills
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Valid driver's license and knowledge of dealership products and services

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
Build lasting relationships to foster a loyal customer base.
Recommend suitable vehicle options based on customer needs.
Proactively generate traffic through various channels, including booking appointments, engaging with service customers, leveraging referrals, and utilizing the client relationship management system.
Follow up with existing and potential customers to maintain strong connections.
Assist in setting and achieving sales goals.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the dealership management system.
