Requirements

  • A self-starter who is motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect and build rapport quickly
  • Energy, confidence, and professionalism in every interaction
  • A focus on both personal achievement and team success
  • Passion for the Volkswagen brand and dedication to providing a superior customer experience
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
  • Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Basic mathematical aptitude
  • Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
  • Clean driving record, with valid driver license.
  • Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive experience is a plus, but not required—we will train motivated candidates
  • Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.

  • Connect with Customers: Greet and engage guests in person, online, and over the phone with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Guide the Experience: Listen carefully to customer needs and match them with the perfect Volkswagen
  • Showcase the Brand: Communicate the unique features, technology, and value that make Volkswagen stand out
  • Build Relationships: Follow up consistently to create trust, loyalty, and long-term satisfaction
  • Grow Your Skills: Learn the full sales process—from first introduction to closing—with ongoing mentorship and support
