Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, along with a clear driving record in your state of residence.
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
  • Fantastic communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
  • Sales experience in any of the following industries in a plus: Automotive, Bartending, Phone & Mobile Sales, Electronic Sales and/or Insurance Sales.
  • Self-starter mentality and entrepreneurial spirit preferred.
  • Ready to hit the ground running with learning how to use our sales process to efficiently help customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting the right BMW vehicle to fit their needs
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  • Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Deliver a luxury-level customer experience from start to finish
