Requirements

  • Previous sales experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong negotiation ability and a confident, positive attitude
  • Organized, self-motivated, and committed to reaching goals
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and create a positive, friendly dealership experience
  • Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles that match their preferences and lifestyle
  • Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits clearly and professionally
  • Conduct test drives and follow all dealership safety protocols
  • Meet or surpass monthly sales targets and performance expectations
  • Stay knowledgeable about inventory, incentives, and new model updates
  • Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to support customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Review personal performance to continually improve sales techniques and results
