Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you're a great listener!
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow.
  • Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
  • A valid U.S. Driver's License and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or any role involving direct customer contact.
  • Bilingual abilities are a significant plus!

Responsibilities

  • Be a Product Expert: Become a specialist in all Mazda models (new and pre-owned), their features, and their benefits.
  • Embody the "Buy Happy" Process: Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting a vehicle that fits their needs, all while adhering to our transparent, upfront pricing model.
  • Guide and Support: Listen to customers, understand their needs, and answer their questions clearly and honestly. You are their guide, not a high-pressure negotiator.
  • Demonstrate the "Zoom-Zoom": Conduct exciting and informative test drives that showcase the unique driving experience of a Mazda.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Use our CRM system to follow up with guests, answer inquiries, and build lasting relationships that create customers for life.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the sales management and finance teams to ensure every customer has a smooth and efficient experience from start to finish.
  • Stay Driven: Maintain a professional appearance, a positive attitude, and a desire to meet and exceed your personal and dealership goals.
