About The Position

Flow Mazda of Charlottesville is interviewing for top sales consultants, from any field, with a desire for a career rather than a job. We are an organization dedicated to providing exemplary service and creating lifelong, enthusiastic customers. Sales consultants are guaranteed income of $40,000 per year with unlimited opportunity for commission. We offer an awesome 5-day work week with great benefits. All of our pre-owned vehicles are sold utilizing a value-based, no-haggle pricing system. All are fully reconditioned by our dealership, offer a 100,000 mile warranty and are accompanied by a CARFAX vehicle history report. We provide ongoing training and future career opportunities to those willing to contribute the effort and time. We prefer to promote from within our company and will help you reach your potential. We will train anyone new to the industry, including onsite and manufacturer instruction, and other technical training, as needed. Sales consultants will attend and successfully complete manufacturer training and certification as required by Flow Companies.
