Responsibilities

• Greet and build relationships with customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle
• Present, demonstrate, and explain product features and benefits
• Guide customers through the buying process from test drive to closing
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships
• Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
