We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive Sales Closer to join our team! As a Automotive Sales Closer at Tonkin Hillsboro Chevrolet, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to close deals, meet sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably as a closer
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products and technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Close sales deals and meet monthly sales targets
- Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions
- Conduct test drives, demonstrate vehicle features, and address customer concerns
- Negotiate prices, trade-ins, and financing options to meet customer needs and dealership goals
- Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, customer interactions, and vehicle inventory
- Collaborate with the sales team, management, and other departments to achieve dealership objectives
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity
