About The Position

Honda North, an International Cars, Ltd., Inc. Company, are looking for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys talking on the phone for our Business Development Center. The Business Development Representative is in charge of the prospecting functions of the dealerships. This person will be responsible for ensuring that phone and internet leads are followed up in a timely and professional manner. They are responsible setting appointments and following up with unsold floor traffic. They will maintain a relationship with our customer base via e-mail and by phone to increase the dealership sales. ICL is employee owned and proud of our dealerships: Honda North, 1 North Pre-Owned and KIA North in Danvers MA, Dover Honda & Dover Chevrolet in Dover NH, Porsche of Stratham, Audi of Stratham and Honda Stratham in Stratham NH and Portsmouth VW in Greenland, NH. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly attitude
  • Flexible schedule to cover store hours including some weekends & evenings.
  • Strong computer aptitude and organizational skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirement

Responsibilities

  • Handles inbound Internet and Phone leads giving them direction to the proper departments and people
  • Conduct business in a variety of traditional and non-traditional methods, such as email, telephone and others.
  • Maintain contact with our present customer base through phone and email contact.
  • Manage all sales activities generated from Phone and Internet contact.
