We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Automotive Sales Associate to join our team at Serra Kia Trussville. This is a full-time sales role in the auto industry located in Birmingham, Alabama. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Kia brand vehicles to potential customers. We are looking for someone with excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills to help drive our sales growth and meet our company's objectives. This is an individual contributor role that offers a competitive compensation package with potential earnings of $50,000 to $150,000 per year. In this position, you will greet and assist customers who visit the dealership, providing excellent customer service. You will conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives for interested customers, educating them on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing information. Following up with potential customers to close sales and secure deposits will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also negotiate and finalize sales, including financing options, to achieve targets and maximize profit. Maintaining in-depth knowledge of all Kia vehicles and their features is essential, as is meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and goals set by the dealership. Participation in ongoing training and development programs to improve your sales skills will also be expected.
