About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Automotive Sales Associate at Brustolon Buick - GMC in Mystic, Connecticut. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling new and pre-owned vehicles to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a strong passion for the automotive industry. This position is full-time and requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends. As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding and demonstrating the features and benefits of vehicles to customers. You will provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, including facilitating test drives and vehicle demonstrations. Additionally, you will assist customers with financing options and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Following up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships is also a key part of this role. You will be expected to meet and exceed sales goals and objectives set by management and attend all sales meetings and training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
