Requirements

Friendly, outgoing, and great at building relationships
Motivated by results and energized by a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with uncertainty and quick to adapt
Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Guide customers through their car-buying journey with enthusiasm and professionalism
Build lasting relationships through trust, follow-up, and great service
Respond to leads (online, phone, and in-store) and turn interest into action
Keep learning with ongoing training in sales techniques and product knowledge
