Requirements

High school diploma or GED (some college a plus)
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service or sales experience (1 year minimum)
Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen (we do not test for THC)
Professional appearance
Positive, friendly, empathetic attitude
Great Communication skills
Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

Spanish language skills a plus

Responsibilities

Sell and lease new and pre-owned vehicles in accordance with dealership standards for volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction.
Approach and greet customers, offer assistance, and listen carefully to understand their needs.
Present and explain vehicle options, performance features, and benefits.
Offer and coordinate test drives while ensuring compliance with dealership procedures.
Prepare and process sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
Ensure every customer receives a professional, transparent, and satisfying purchase experience.
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business.
Stay current on vehicle features, accessories, and trends within the automotive industry.
Maintain a professional appearance and represent Lum’s GMC with integrity and enthusiasm.
