Requirements

Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred, but not required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Conduct vehicle walk-around and explain features and benefits
Conduct test drives and provide customers with a memorable experience
Make recommendations based on customer's needs and budget
Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales
Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and competitive advantages
Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the dealership
