About The Position

We’re growing at Berman Auto Group and looking for full-time experienced, Automotive Sales/Product Specialists to join our team! Your goal is to help customers feel informed, confident, and excited about their purchase.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. (3 year minimum)
• Experience in Automotive Sales

Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers via phone, email, text, and in person
• Understanding where each customer is in the buying process and identifying what information they need
• Completing in-depth product demonstrations
• Working with our inventory and acquisition teams to determine market value on trade-ins
• Presenting and explaining purchase terms, including pricing, payments, and loan structures
• Following up with customers to answer questions and ensure a positive experience
