Requirements

  • Motivated and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable talking to and helping people
  • Coachable and open to learning
  • Professional in appearance and communication
  • Able to stay organized and follow through
  • Hungry to earn more and grow
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Work ethic is everything.

Responsibilities

  • Connecting with customers in-store, online, and over the phone
  • Asking the right questions to understand needs and lifestyle
  • Presenting vehicles in a way that builds value not just price
  • Following up with leads (calls, texts, emails) to stay top of mind
  • Setting and confirming appointments
  • Working alongside leadership to structure and close deals
  • Building your own book of business and repeat/referral clients
