In addition to providing award-winning customer service, the perfect candidate is goal-oriented, willing to learn and always has a positive outlook. No sales experience required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts/schedules and Saturday
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s
  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Clean driving record
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed information on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet sales targets.
  • Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Build relationships & create customers for life.
  • Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
