About The Position

AutoNation is actively seeking a driven, customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to help redefine the car-buying experience. This role offers a supportive team environment and nationwide inventory to ensure success. Sales Associates are empowered with best-in-class CRM, state-of-the-art equity mining tools, preferred relationships with over 30 lenders, and access to a national inventory of over 100,000 new and pre-owned vehicles to support customer needs. Compensation for this role is commission-based, averaging between $5,000 - $10,000 per month, with continuous hands-on, digital, and classroom training provided for growth and advancement. AutoNation, one of the largest automotive retailers in the United States and a Fortune 150 company, is undergoing a significant multi-year digital transformation. Requirements

  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Drive to set targeted personal income goals consistent with AutoNation’s standards of productivity
  • Over 1 year automotive sales experience
  • Proven ability to exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals
  • Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • The willingness to follow up, and follow-up again, with customers
  • Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
