About The Position

The Sales Associate's primary role is to ensure that every guest's purchase experience yields an exceedingly high level of customer satisfaction. The Sales Associate conducts consultative meetings with customers to provide an easy car-buying experience. Additional responsibilities include posting and responding to vehicle sales inquiries, prospecting, and developing potential customers through current relationships, new customers, and customer referrals. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 9 am-6 pm / Saturdays, 9 am-5 pm / Sundays off, with 1 day off during the week.

Requirements

2+ years of sales or customer service experience
Team player with a passion for taking care of the customer
Responsive, driven, and goal-oriented mindset
Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
At least 18 years of age
Must possess a valid driver's license and have a favorable motor vehicle record
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Authorized to work in the United States

Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and text; build relationships and generate new leads
Stay informed on product features and benefits, and maintain manufacturer-specific training
Help customers find the right vehicle with a consultative approach while maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating
Continuously grow your skills and meet performance goals
