About The Position

At Gem Mazda of Tallahassee, we’re seeking passionate and driven sales professionals to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for helping our customers find the perfect vehicle while meeting dealership standards for sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role encompasses four key areas: personal work habits, prospecting, selling, and follow-up. Utilize CRM for customer management. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting the unique needs of each client. Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening. Demonstrate vehicles including test drives. Oversee the delivery process to ensure customers fully understand their vehicle’s features, warranty, and paperwork—setting the stage for lasting loyalty. Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals. Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. Participate in sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturer. Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor. Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license. Maintain a professional appearance. Excellent communication skills and computer skills. Requirements
