Requirements
- Automotive sales experience preferred but not required for the right candidate

Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a professional manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Present Ford and Lincoln vehicle features and benefits
- Conduct test drives and assist throughout the sales process
- Guide customers from initial contact through vehicle delivery
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
