About The Position

The Automotive Sales Associate at AutoNation USA Houston is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process in a no-haggle sales environment. This role involves interacting with customers online, over the phone, and in person to provide exceptional service and support throughout their buying journey. The associate will utilize strong communication skills to help customers select vehicles, negotiate payment options, and ensure satisfaction post-purchase, fostering loyalty and transitioning customers to the Service department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
