Requirements

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of Dealership Management System and other web-based applications.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service (1 year preferred).
• Experience in the automotive industry (1 year preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and greet clients and guests.
• Perform courtesy deliveries of vehicles.
• Prepare new and used car books for sales.
• Assist salespeople in locating vehicles for customers.
• Prepare window stickers and merchandising for the used car showroom.
• Arrange and track the transport of incoming new and used vehicles.
• Monitor quality control of reconditioned vehicles for the front line.
• Maintain customer satisfaction index (CSI) at or above company standards.
• Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe.
• Participate in required training sessions.
• Accurately record all hours worked in the company timekeeping system.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
