About The Position

Cooper Auto Group is accepting applications for an experienced automotive retail sales manager at one of it's three franchise dealerships in Shawnee, OK. As a Desk Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving sales performance, coaching and motivating team, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily dealership operations, developing effective sales strategies, and maintaining a positive, high-energy environment.

Requirements

Possess proven leadership and management tangible and intangible skills to train, develop and retain top talent.
Previous automotive retail sales manager experience required.
Professional appearance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Be able to present orally to a public audience.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Proven customer service skills.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
