We currently have a need for an Automotive Retail Experience Coach/Product Trainer for Hyundai Motor America to lead the delivery of in-dealership Coaching on Brand, Product, Customer Experience and Sales process. The Coach will work within a regional territory to deliver coaching predominantly in dealership with occasional support for virtual or regional events as needed. The Coach will be responsible for coaching frontline dealer personnel to a level that meets Hyundai Retail Experience standards. The Coach will have excellent communication skills with the ability to establish credibility with both dealership management and customer-facing dealer personnel. This requires a well-prepared professional who has a track record of delivering clear, and accurate information in an engaging and enthusiastic manner.
