About The Position

Key Responsibilities Provide front-office administrative support for auction operations, including buyer and seller transactions Assist customers (dealers, buyers, sellers, transporters) in person, by phone, and via email Coordinate auction-day activities such as check-in, check-out, invoicing, and payment processing Maintain accurate records in internal systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations Support auction accounting functions, including receivables, payables, and reconciliation Collaborate with auction operations, sales, and reconditioning teams to resolve issues efficiently Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
  • 1–3 years of administrative, office management, or automotive-related experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and ability to learn internal systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in an auto auction, dealership, or automotive retail environment is a plus
