About The Position

The Automotive Repair District Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple automotive repair shop locations, focusing on managing service teams, increasing average repair orders, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring efficient operations. The role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the automotive service industry to drive performance and profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service management, with at least 2 years in a multi-location management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams across multiple locations.
• In-depth understanding of automotive repair processes, diagnostics, and service operations.
• Proven ability to increase sales through upselling and effective customer engagement strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial management, reporting, and budget forecasting.

Nice To Haves

• ASE Certification (preferred but not required).
• Degree in Business Management or Automotive Technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth operation of four locations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Manage daily workflows, staffing, and inventory levels to optimize service performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase average repair orders through upselling and preventive maintenance recommendations.
• Foster and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the service team to meet performance and customer service goals.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to drive new customer acquisition and increase repeat business.
• Ensure all repair work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations.
• Oversee budgeting and financial reporting for each location, managing expenses and payroll.
