Requirements
- Certifications in paint and refinish procedures
- Prior automotive refinish experience required
- Ability to receive and give direction in a team environment
- Reliable work history
- Must be able to pass a thorough background check

Responsibilities
- Perform all refinish work according to OEM and company specifications
- Accurately match paint colors using specified color charts
- Mix, stir, and thin paints to match vehicle color specifications
- Follow OEM standards for blending formulas, topcoat application, and curing
- Monitor paint operations to identify and correct defects such as blisters or streaks
- Verify paint consistency prior to application
- Communicate vehicle status throughout the paint process
- Apply designs, lettering, logos, or decorative elements using paint brushes or sprayers
- Lay out logos, symbols, or designs using blueprints, stencils, patterns, and measuring tools
