Requirements

Prior experience in automotive reconditioning or repair.
Strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and procedures.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with automotive tools and equipment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive inspections and diagnostics of vehicles to identify and address cosmetic and mechanical issues
Ensure all reconditioned vehicles meet dealership quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
Collaborate with service and sales teams to coordinate timely reconditioning of inventory.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Keep the reconditioning area clean, organized, and safe.
