About The Position

Vista Nissan is growing and actively hiring a Main Line / Used Car Reconditioning Technician to support our expanding service operation in Casper, Wyoming. Flat-rate pay starting at $28.00- $30.00 per hour for a certified, experienced, and qualified technician! Position Overview: As a Used Car / Main Line Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring our pre-owned inventory meets safety, quality, and performance standards before hitting the lot. This role focuses heavily on used-vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and reconditioning, while also supporting general mainline service needs. Requirements

Minimum 2 years of automotive main line technician experience
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
At least 18 years of age
Authorized to work in the United States

2+ years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician
Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills across multiple makes and models

Responsibilities

Diagnose and perform repairs on all makes and models
Complete used vehicle inspections and reconditioning work
Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDIs)
Test-drive vehicles and verify system performance
Maintain shop equipment and tools (lifts, tire machines, A/C machines, battery chargers, etc.)
Follow dealership processes to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
