About The Position

Flow BMW of Winston Salem is seeking a part time receptionist/service assistant. This will be a part time position including evenings and Saturdays. Proficient computer and customer service skills are required. Automotive/dealership experience preferred, but not required. Interested candidates are asked to apply to this listing. The receptionist/service assistant responsibilities are, but not limited to: Greet customers in person and over the phone with a professional, positive attitude Direct calls and assist customers with basic service inquiries Support service advisors with administrative tasks as needed Handle data entry, filing, scanning in repair orders, and light clerical duties Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and customer lounge area Flow Automotive Companies is committed to being on the cutting edge of the transportation industry and needs like-minded individuals to join our team.
