About The Position

Mercedes-Benz Creve Coeur is seeking a Business Development Coordinator/Receptionist with excellent customer service skills to join our elite team. Candidates should have flexible, full-time availability for this role, which may include evenings and Saturdays. Pay based on experience, and will combine an hourly component with additional bonus structure. You will be responsible for both new & pre-owned internet car sales. Requirements

  • 2 years of call center experience and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealerships standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals
  • Great attitude with a high-energy personality

Responsibilities

  • Receive all inbound sales calls and set appointments in the service department.
  • Support on-line customers by setting appointments.
  • Maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
  • Continually learn about services offered, recalls, product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer.
