About The Position

Colonial Chevrolet of Acton is seeking an Automotive Quick Service Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing quick service tasks efficiently and accurately, performing inspections, and providing exceptional customer service. UP TOO $1500 SIGN ON BONUS Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive pay range of $50000 to $75000 per year, paid weekly. Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an automotive technician
Knowledge of quick service procedures and strong mechanical aptitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Perform quick service tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
Complete inspections and identify any potential issues for further repairs
Communicate with customers to explain repairs and provide exceptional customer service
Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and resolve mechanical issues
Keep track of and complete all service records and documentation
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through ongoing training and education
